I teach courses in Competitive Strategy, Technology and Innovation Management, Data Strategy, and Entrepreneurship. My focus is on helping students develop structured ways of thinking about strategic problems and building the skills to analyze and make decisions, rather than simply absorbing content. In the classroom, I emphasize clear analysis, real-world decision-making, and active discussion. I draw extensively on examples of how firms navigate technological change and regularly bring in practitioners to connect theory with current strategic challenges.
